SALE OF ALCOHOL TERMS
These are the sales terms that apply to your purchase of alcohol through karoriliquor.co.nz (the “Website”).
Karori Liquor Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) holds a current liquor license no: 49D/OFF/259/2020 allowing the sale and supply of alcohol in accordance to the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
By visiting our Website, you agree that you are over 18 years of age and have read these Sales Terms.
We do not require the creation of accounts to purchase goods on our Website. However, you do need to input contact and delivery details in order for us to provide the goods to you.
All payment information is handled by a third-party processor. We do not store payment information on our Website and take no responsibility for securing your payment information.
You agree that all information supplied by you is true and correct at the time of purchase.
You agree that you are an end consumer acquiring the goods for personal use and do not plan to resale.
All goods are sold subject to availability and quantity restrictions may apply where stock is limited.
Delivery charges are applied upon checkout.
For successful delivery of goods, it must be signed by a person of 18 years of age or older at the designated address.
It is your responsibility to provide a safe and accessible location to allow delivery.
Although we strive to deliver in the Karori area within 2 hours, our delivery time is not guaranteed and act as mere estimates.
Returns are only available for defective goods. We will arrange for either a replacement or a refund of the purchase price, in whole or in part, and you acknowledge and agree that claims under such a policy must be made to us within two days of your receipt of the goods.
You must pay the Store in full and by debit or credit card (as applicable) at the time you submit your order to purchase Goods.
You may not cancel your order for goods without our consent and we may charge a fee in respect of reasonable costs incurred by us concerning that order and the subsequent cancellation.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Other than as required by New Zealand consumer laws, we will not be liable for any contingent, indirect, consequential or special losses, damages or injuries arising directly or indirectly from these Sale Terms or any performance or failure to perform these Sale Terms, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, including (but not limited to) the negligence, default or misconduct of us even if informed of the possibility of such damages.
